What Is Mole Removal?

How It Works
At our affiliated clinic, moles will be removed with laser performed by a dermatologist. Intense burst of light radiation from the laser will break down the mole cells in the skin. The number of treatments you may need to fully destroy the mole depends on the mole condition.

1. Consultation and examination will be conducted.
2. Skin will be cleansed.
3. Local anesthesia will be applied onto the treatment area.
4. Laser treatment will be performed for mole removal.
5. Follow-up visit will be scheduled as needed.

Q4: What are the conditions that a mole can be a sign of cancer?
A4: You should definitely see a doctor if your mole has changed its size, shape, colour or if it scabs over. This is a sign of melanoma, or skin cancer, and in which case getting your mole checked and removed could save your life.
