Tattoo Removal is a non-invasive laser treatment designed to break down tattoo ink particles in the skin so they can be naturally eliminated by the body. Our affiliated clinic uses PicoSure, a U.S FDA-approved picosecond laser by Cynosure, known for its fast, safe, and effective results with minimal thermal damage.

Unlike traditional lasers, PicoSure delivers ultra-short bursts or energy in trillionths of a second, targeting pigment precisely while sparing surrounding tissue. It is highly effective for removing black, blue, green, red, yellow, and orange inks – including difficult “sunset colours”. The treatment also revitalizes skin by improving overall tone and texture.

The PicoSure laser emits ultra-short picosecond pulses that shatter ink particles beneath the skin without using heat. These particles are broken into microscopic fragments that are then absorbed and cleared by the body’s natural immune response. The laser can be customized with various spot sizes (2 to 10mm) to match the size and depth of the tattoo. Different wavelengths target different colours; 755nm targets black, blue, and green ink and 532nm targets red, orange, and yellow ink.
